Kim Hoa Fish Sauce is crafted in one of Phu Quoc’s oldest traditional barrel houses, established before 1889. For generations, Kim Hoa has preserved the art of fish sauce making with devotion, patience, and respect for nature — creating a sauce that is both pure and deeply flavorful.

Only wild-caught anchovies from the pristine waters of Phu Quoc and pure sea salt are used. Fresh fish are salted immediately on the boat in the ratio 3 fish : 1 salt, ensuring natural preservation. Upon arrival, the mixture is transferred into giant wooden barrels, where it is fermented and aged for at least 12 months.
Through time and patience, the fish and salt slowly transform, releasing a deep amber liquid with a rich, savory aroma and a smooth, lingering sweetness — the unmistakable taste of authentic Phu Quoc fish sauce.
Kim Hoa Fish Sauce contains no preservatives, no flavor enhancers, and meets HACCP international food safety standards.

For centuries, fish sauce has been the heart of Vietnamese cuisine — a humble yet indispensable symbol of the nation’s flavor. Among all varieties, Phu Quoc fish sauce stands apart for its authentic richness and naturally deep aroma, proudly recognized as the first Vietnamese product protected by the European Union (EU) for its origin and quality.
Kim Hoa Fish Sauce proudly continues this tradition, bringing to the world a pure, naturally brewed fish sauce that embodies both Vietnamese heritage and global gourmet excellence.
